What We Analyze
1. Power Supply Assessment
Evaluating voltage stability, phase unbalance, and harmonic distortion affecting the drive system.
- Impact on panels, cables, transformers.
- Detecting electrical events causing drive trips.
2. Drive & Motor Performance
Analyzing stability under different load modes and identifying abnormalities during ramp-up/down.
- Parameters related to settings, motor cables.
- Detecting winding degradation or load issues.
3. Vibration & Mechanical Health
Overall vibration and spectrum analysis at bearings, motor casing, and load.
- Identify: Imbalance, misalignment, looseness.
- Bearing faults, resonance, coupling issues.
4. Insulation Resistance Test (IR)
Critical step to assess winding and cable health, especially for overheating motors or wet environments.
- IR Test (MΩ/GΩ) with appropriate voltage levels.
- Timed Test & PI/DAR index for aging/moisture detection.
