The calculation and design work for the pumping system of the melting, casting, and steel rolling line was initiated by Anh Minh from a technological survey and definition of demands for each water circuit (recirculating cooling, closed cooling, high-pressure water, recovery-treatment). Anh Minh’s engineers calculate flow, head, pipe losses, and NPSH to prevent cavitation. Based on this, we establish PFD/P&ID, pipe route layouts, pump-valve-filter datasheets, material standards, and control philosophies (VFD/PLC, duty/standby N+1). The supply phase includes pump selection, CO/CQ verification, and FAT testing for pumps and electrical cabinets. Installation includes foundation construction, pump-motor alignment, correct suction/discharge pipe installation, electrical-control connection, pressure testing-flushing, load testing, and operation-maintenance handover.
